I would leave negative stars if I could. Room was full of issues. Lobby's roof was leaking and they had buckets all over the floor where you walk in. One of the beds had the wrong sheets on it and they were backwards. The toilet won't stop running. There are water stains all over the ceiling. The front desk Indian guy is rude as hell. Our room had no refrigerator and our moms did. We called to see if we could get one brought to us and they refused even though it was very obvious there were several vacant rooms due to seeing only a couple other cars in the parking lot. We tried to switch hotels but couldn't find another place with vacancies. Total waste of money. Oh, and the roof of the lobby is caving in..... be careful if you walk into this place.

So we went with a bunch of friends to ski at wisp resort. We found this hotel right next to the resort (quaint inn). When we pull in the roof is pouring water out with signs of mold everywhere. We step in the lobby to find about 30 buckets collecting water with more signs of mold. They did not give us the room we reserved and said if we don't like it we can cancel the room. We went inside our room to find someone else's dirty socks in our bathroom. In the bathroom the water from the faucets smells very bad also. I will never be back there again and you should avoid it at all costs.

The front desk clerk was extremely rude and for no apparent reason except the reservation was booked through Expedia. In terms of the quality of the room, there’s nothing “Quality” about this place. You get what you pay for. If you’re looking for great service, unfortunately it did not exist here during our stay.

Great value for the location. Service is friendly, although some parts of the building could use some restoration. The room itself was good. The shower water quality is nice but fluctuated a lot from hot to cold. Overall I had a great experience here. I'll be coming back next time. Thanks again Joseph you were wonderful!

If I could give them 0 stars I would.nnThe room was stone cold when we got to it because the HVAC unit in the room was set to A/C. It was18 degrees Fahrenheit outside and It took several hours to warm the room up to a reasonable temperature. There wasn't any heat in the third floor corridor and it was probably 60 degrees in said corridor.nnSam, the desk clerk is absolutely the rudest clerk I've ever met.nnThe room was so dark my wife couldn't even see well enough to put on her make up.nnAt one point I turned on a light in a vestibule type area in the room and it blew the circuit breaker for the bathroom. I was eventually able to get in touch with sam and he asked me if we could get by without the BR light...hmmm. Eventually he was able to find the CB and got the lights fixed.nnThere were buckets all over the lobby to catch water from the leaks in the roof.nnWhen I asked about an elevator, Sam told me there was no elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor.nnThe drain in the bathtub was really slow to drain.
