This was a great hotel. Be sure to select a non-smoking room if you travel in this area of Maryland and it is a concern of yours. The beds are comfy and the staff is courteous. Highly recommend. Not too expensive either.
Great location and service. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and hospitable. I liked the design of our room. I won't hesitate to choose Hampton Inn over competition next time I'm visiting Frostburg.
The location was great and the front desk staff was courteous. However, I was disappointed when we asked for room service and they did not change the bedsheets. There were stains in the bed and in the some of the towels. The cleaning staffs did not wear masks when they were cleaning the room. I am sorry to say the coffee was not hot or tasty.
The staff here is amazing. I had to keep adding on days to my stay this last weekend, and they could not have been any more accommodating. The hotel itself is not 5 star, but the staff is!
