Quality Inn & Suites Frostburg-Cumberland- surprisingly nice stay, room was nice, beds double covered, did all the checks before settling in and was happy with our stay. It’s not a 5star hotel, but expecting that kind of stay, we would come here again. Was not made aware of and did not see any amenities, or know if they even had any, so can’t comment on those..

Had a huge bathtub... loved. Rhonda was great and very engaging. However I left something behind and even though the housekeeping have turned in, the front desk woman when I stopped few days later was unhelpful and couldn't locate.

Charges $30.00 for service animals, nor do they honor points on CLC, also they do a horrible job taking care of winter accumulation....you would think a hotel that does so little business in these times would be a little more appreciative of what customers they get. Sad...nice property and clean comfortable beds, but we won't be back

We had reserved a king suite with a hot tub/whirlpool in the room. When we arrived the guy at the front desk was friendly but when we got to our room it was nothing like it was pictured. The whirlpool was actually in the bathroom for the main shower/bath, not like most places that have the shower/bathtub separate from the personal in-room hot tub/whirlpool. Not to mention the bathroom was filthy. I use to work as a housekeeper and know the signs that something hasn't been cleaned.and the worst thing not to have clean is the bathroom. Our whirlpool/bathtub had hair all over it and still had a puddle of water sitting in the bottom of it which is a clear sign the housekeeper didn't even disinfect or wipe down the tub from the previous occupants. We had specifically come to stay here mainly for the in room hot tub which was a hugh disappointment and we refused to use it other then to shower. We were to disgusted with the cleanliness of the tub to sit in it. Other then that the room was good and worth a higher rating. The reason I'm rating this 1 star is the main reason for us booking the king suite was a complete and utterly disappointing. To add insult to injury our room was obviously more expensive then the standard rooms.
