This is one of our favorite places to go for dinner. The food is wonderful and the staff is fantastic. We went on 3/6 and were very pleased once again. It was a very busy evening for them. We had a brief wait for a table , but that only makes sense. Our server Sarah went above and beyond. My husband does enteral feeding. She was kind enough to warm up his food blend for him and she was so kind and considerate. He felt comfortable at the restaurant, which was amazing, and I just cannot thank them enough. Of course we will be going back. Many times. It is such a great place.

I love coming here. Granted it's been over 10 years until yesterday. Was sad their 3 day special had run out before 3pm the second day, but they happily offered to do sirloin steak for a little less. It's the same as I remembered. Very homely, peaceful quite place to eat. The food is fantastic and was cooked to perfection. From one cook to another, I couldn't have done a better job. Their homemade bread and apple butter that they give you to eat while waiting, is to die for! I literally come here because of that. Will 100% go back again and again. I mean look at that steak!!!!

We stayed in the motel part of the property which is in the heart of a quaint town. The motel was a half mile walk to a lovely park with a really cool historic stone bridge. The prices are quite reasonable.nnWe started out in a king-sized room and it was lovely and spacious. Unfortunately, there were quite a few yellow jackets on our window. Someone was dispatched within a few minutes to assist with this. The bees returned however, and we had to be moved to a room with two full-sized beds.nnThis room was nice enough as well, but we did miss our lovely king. There is a nice shop and restaurant at the Inn building and we had apple dumplings at the restaurant. I think they would have been delicious if they had been fully cooked :-( no, I'm not usually a complainer, but it's just how it was. The waitress was so sweet and nice that we couldn't bring ourselves to tell her.nnThe motel staff could not have been nicer. They provided a refrigerator in our room and even helped move it when our rooms had to get switched. The property was really cute and I would come back. It's right off the highway also. The photos I will upload are of the king room and nearby park.

I can only rate the restaurant as I did not stay at the inn. The food was flavorful, generous, and reasonable in cost. The serivce was warm and welcoming. The classic atmosphere brought back comfortable memories of a time in our country now lost to a high tech, fast paced, shallow society. I will return as often as possible.

Hotel is nice and clean.nnRestaurant needs improvement. The bakery is awesome, breakfast is good, lunch, no complaints, but dinner, everything is way overcooked, dry, cold... The servers and staff are awesome.
