This place is honestly hit or miss. Maybe it depends on their amount of orders or attitudes. Some of the employees are great and others are bare minimum employees.
I transported clients of a medical facility to the Walmart pharmacy for Covid-19 Vaccines and both days the employees could not have been nicer! They were very kind, patient and personable!
I've never had an issue with this pharmacy. The ladies are always very nice as well as the pharmacists when I've had to speak with them. They do a remarkable job with the number of prescriptions they have to fill and the limited space in which they have to do it.
I never have any problem with this place. I'm not stupid enough to think they will fill my prescription on the spot. Be smart enough to call it in before you need your refill. They do have people ahead of you.I did have a problem today when i called for refills. Steve answered the phone and he sounded like he was eating a sandwich while he was talking. Doesn't belong on the phone.
I waited four hours for two prescriptions and was told three different times that it would only be thirty more minutes. Not to mention that it was antibiotics so who knows how many people in the store I could have gotten sick in the amount of time that I had to wait.
