Great hotel! Love all the girls at the Front Desk
The staff is great. Nice folks. Room size and features on point. They can use some general maintenance and in room quality checks (light bulbs caulk drips etc), butva good placenI'd go back.
I was asleep and then I heard noise at my door. I get to the door and the hotel clerk is there with my door open. She unscrewed the latch to my room for a man who claimed it was his room. It turns out the man was at the wrong hotel. I’m very upset because my safety was at risk. I called corporate about the situation and nothing has happened.
Very well kept up hotel. Hallways do feel small and cramped
We stayed here during Mardi Gras for the first time. Check in was a breeze and the room was a good size. As soon as my head hit the pillow I was asleep. The mattress is very comfortable. Their housekeeping team was phenomenal and the included Breakfast was a hit each morning. No problems experienced during off stay. The guest that was above us had small children and they must of had an overloaded of sugar for breakfast because this particular morning they ran around their room for about an hour straight.
