I stay here frequently and I NEVER had any issues. The staff is always quick to help resolve any issues which I haven't had but their willingness to make sure I'm good is phenomenal. If you people will read breakfast start and ends at at certain time. Maybe you should get up and eat before it closes and you won't have any issues! It's definitely not the staff, it's you people! I'm pretty sure if I had to deal with people like you I'd would be rude too. There are far more worst places to stay. I'll definitely continue going back. Keep up the good work LaQuinta staff! You all matter and are awesome people!!
Room was large and clean. King size bed, really nice vanity in bathroom. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, both day at night. Leanne in particular was very nice.
Beds were not comfortable room was clean but smelled like mildew, the Spanish cleaners were very nice and helped the free breakfast was subpar hashbrowns were old like it was recycled
When my husband and I first started planning our stay in Houma, La Quinta was not the hotel we originally made reservations at. We had to change our hotel when our dog sitter canceled on us. We did not choose La Quinta, per say and after reading the reviews I was worried. Here is what we experienced..1) No pet fee - first good thing! 2) Clean hotel when you walk in and a friendly greeting. 3) Room was wonderful! Beds a bit uncomfortable but I feel most beds are that way when they aren't mine. 4) There was a clean, still wrapped mattress on the pull out sofa.5) Breakfast was good A few poor experiences happened. The front desk lady did fuss at my husband for not registering our dog. (We had no idea we had to AND they didn't even have the forms available to register, so why fuss?) The sink in our bathroom didn't drain well. Also, the last morning we were there breakfast was a bit rough. It wasn't ready on time, toaster and microwave didn't work and there weren't cups for the coffee. All in all for a 2 star hotel, our stay wasn't bad! Even with those experiences, I'd recommend this place and stay again if I'm ever back in the area.
Dirty, smells like urine. Management refused to allow online gaming by restricting NAT level rendering the internet worthless for any gaming. Never had a hotel refuse to allow gaming before. Stuck there for 5 days. Will never stay there again.
