I LOVED this hotel. The rooms were awesome and front staff so accomidating. Free breakfast was so good! Best value I'd had in a hotel in a long time.
Keith, at the front desk, went out of his way to accommodate us after being caught in the winter storm here in Louisiana. The room was clean & comfortable. Free breakfast is always a plus. The staff worked together to make our stay enjoyable.
Booking agency made a reservation at the hotel, but the guy behind the desk couldn’t find my reservation. So the manager came over to check it and she couldn’t find it either. She was very rude and kept saying it was a mistake from my side(wrong check in date). While my travel agency send me original booking form that had the correct dates. Wherever the fault is she acted less arrogant I would have paid for the room in cash, but thanks to her I went next door to La Quinta inn. Very nice and professional personnel !nShame on Holiday inn to treat a IHG spire elite member like this...
beautiful hotel inside and out, the clientele were so sweet there and helped us out so much. I didn't even have to ask for a 1st floor room because we have a small baby. Thankyou Holliday in Morgan City. We definitely 10/10 recommend ud83eudd70
Supreme Hospitality!! I have to give it to this hotel... I was evacuated to this hotel during Hurricane Sally and had the pleasure of staying for 3 nights. The staff went above and beyond, out of their way, and over the top, taking care of us! They were attentive to our every needs doing everything they could to take care of us. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Morgan City!
