This Hotel was Wonderful! Very Great Experience from the staff down to the rooms! I believe they should have a rating of 4 or 5! Even though my stay was a really short one, i would deffinantly stay there again and would HIGHLY RECCOMEND IT
This was a last minute option since my original hotel canceled my reservation. Check in was easy but the bathroom floor needed to be swept and the carpet needed to be vacuumed(fake eyelash on floor). Also when I pulled the duvet cover back the bed was not completely made and there was hair in the shower. I thought cleaning measures would have been stepped up a notch due to COVID but I guess not.
Very nice rooms but mine did not have a microwave
First off, the front desk staff the entire stay & the housekeeper on duty the 2nd day I was there were beyond fantastic.nHowever, the surfaces (nightstand, TV stand & desk) had not been cleaned, at all. There were obvious drink water rings on all these surfaces that I ended up wiping down with antibacterial wipes.nAlso, the floor had not been vacuumed, or at least had been vacuumed very poorly since there was a half used Black & Mild on the floor by the bed dust ruffle.nOverall, not what I expect from a Hilton owned property. And ESPECIALLY during the time of covid when hotels are supposed to be taking extra precautions & not slacking & cleaning below normal standards.
We booked the room two weeks in advance and it still took over an hour to check in. The staff did not seem to know what they were doing. The rooms were humid and dated. I won't be back.
