Rooms were clean, bed comfy, but this is a loud hotel. The cleaning staff are rude and bang around so much and so loud, it sounds like a bowling alley. So people put their TVs loud to muffle the sound...so my advice is bring ear plugs if you want any sleep.
Nice hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable beds along with an amazing staff. There are a few downsides though. The restaurant does not have room service until 5pm. Even though there is a lot of shopping around, you can't walk there (no fault of the Hotel). When I need to stay in Houma, I will use them again.
hospitality was great!!! everyone was so kind even when the power went out, they were very apologetic. overall great atmosphere, everyone is very nice. 10/10 would recommend :)
Clean hotel, easy check in, friendly staff. Only stayed for a few hours, but happy with what I got while there. Would definitely return in the future if in the area.
Nice place to stay in town. Staff is very helpful and kind.nThe only thing we didn't like is that they start serving breakfast too late (7am weekdays and 7:30am weekends). So, if you are attending a meeting, convention, etc, and need to leave early like us, you will have to make other arrangements for your breakfast because the kitchen staff cannot help you.
