Found empty popcorn bag in night stand drawer. Not the first time complaining about towels. Waited 30 minutes one day for fresh towels and over an hour the next day. Both times I was given 1 set of towels and that they was waiting for a new shipment of towels. Went to Walmart and bought towels
Decent rooms, clean but an older building in some need of love. Very acceptable rooms, just not perfect. One of my go to places to stay in the area due to value and accessibility.
The staff was fantastic dealing with all they deal with. The rooms were lovely and spacious. So very nice there. Plenty of parking too.
It can be updated. The room was clean and the staff easy to speak to. It 2 blocks away from any necessitees you may need to purchase.
Have stayed here several times for long period work visits. Have always been satisfied by the service and cleanliness of this location. With a spacious room, full sized kitchenette, see all and a bathroom with breathing room, it is always a necessity when coming to Houma for work. This is my first visit since covid hit and I've noticed all the extra precautions they have taken to ensure their lobby and rooms are as clean as possible. They have free laundry and have updated the washers since the last time I was here. And if you ever need a drink or a coffee a synac or toiletries ,they have a small convenient store in the front by the lobby.
