This hotel is just terrible... There is no excuse for having broken equipment when they have EVERY ROOM paid for indefinitely during a pandemic. I've had to stay here 3 times and 2 of the 3 times the room they put me in has broken tvs. The 3rd time the A/C was broken and they cannot accommodate a solution for their customers in any such timely fashion. Every single time it's the next day or days later. Unacceptable in my opinion. Once it reopens to the public I highly recommend the Drury Inn across the street... Not this place.
Love it, will be back soon to visit.
This is my first time staying at the hotel, and although it's a bit dated, I have no major complaints thus far. I would point out to any potential visitors that the main signage is faded so you might miss the entrance if you're not really paying attention. Lastly, I believe the hotel is currently going through a change in ownership, and is not open to the general public at the moment... but I'm sure the there are plans for renovations once it opens back up.
This is no longer a crown plaza. And it reflects it.
I work offshore in the construction field , before I go to the gulf i have to go through 5 days quarantine along with 2 covid tests . During which time I stayed at the Crowne Plaza New Orleans airport hotel . During my last stay and on December 6 , 2021 the hotel lost my laundry . I gave the people at the Crowne Plaza hotel my address and email and they have not tried to contacted me or help me in any way to find my clothes that they lost . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone .
