Nice but i was insulted to have to pay $12 for patking after paying $170 for a room for one night
The front staff were very friendly and helpful. They were great.nnHowever......... The room didn't have enough towels. The coffee maker was missing pieces and didn't work. Not sure how, but the bath mat in a new clean room was wet. The room didn't have bottled water.nnThe lounge bar didn't have half of the items on the menu (no fries, no bacon, no flat bread .... pretty basic items) and service was extremely slow.nnAnd the shuttle that runs every 15 mins took about 25min or more.
I enjoy my stays and I'm there often. However, they had literally 3 employees working the entire restaurant. One Cook, one taking orders and one collecting money. I waited for 30 minutes just to place a to go order and 30 minutes for them to prepare it... The meal was completely wrong. Heads up!
Roomie clean and fresh....
Immaculate and well maintained hotel. My wife was staying at the Hotel by herself since she was flying out the next morning. I checked her in and got her settled in her room. I felt comfortable leaving her alone after seeing how well the Hotel was run and the materiel condition of the Hotel.
