I checked in at the Extended Stay America on Veterans Memorial Blvd in October. October 21st 2020 and I had my fur baby with me at the time of check in. I was very pleased with my room #201 and my stay there was very peaceful and enjoyable. The staff was very pleasant and professional and the house keeping staff was very nice as well. I stayed there from October 21st until January 21st and I appreciate the staff a great deal. Thank you all for everything. You are the best! ud83dude18ud83dude18

The carpet in the room was filthy and reaked of dog. I used my own personal clorox wipes and other cleaning products of my own to try to clean the walls, laminate floor, and even the carpet, but the smell would not go away. When asking the front desk for deodorizer, the desk clerk stated she would be up with it, but never came. Also, the kitchenette had roaches. Upon asking for another cleaning service and someone to spray for the roaches, the front desk clerk informed me there would be a charge for another cleaning service if done within a 7 day period (one cleaning a week, really?). I stayed there from Sunday to Thursday. I left early even though the room was paid for 2 weeks. I checked into another hotel. I regret ever staying at this hotel. Please, do not book here.

Rude staff, the rooms not clean, elevator and back door of the hotel was broken for the whole period that I was residing there, the water was always getting stock in the bath tub which was very disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Do not waste your money. The whole place smells like smoke, there’s roaches, our floor smelt like weed . It’s just a stale horrible smell in the air. Rooms are just so dirty and cigarette burn marks everywhere . Save your money and go next door to the Woodspring. It’s much nicer and cleaner and doesn’t smell like smoke or musty. I wish we picked wood spring in the first place instead of even entertaining the idea of wasting our money at this place.
