This place is awesome. The customer service is amazing. The manager Ms.Mumbo was very nice. She doesn't know much about New Orleans, LA, but the drivers know a lot. The driver can drop you off or pick you up at certain places not far from the hotel. I highly recommend people come here to stay at the hotel. I will be coming back in the future.
Clean but bathroom could be cleaner. Hotel clerk was also not very friendly, welcoming or helpful. I would return for the simple fact that my room was up to par and smelled beyond amazing. Just a few hairs on bathroom floor. Lobby could use a deep cleaning.
I'm a Spire member. Stay st IHG weekly. This hotel was sad. Front desk awesome. However. My room was horrible. No toilet paper holders just sitting on counter. Shower was dirty. Bathroom vanity looked as they took it out of a dumpster. The wall thermostat doesn't work.
The staff is amazing and sweet. We enjoyed our stay. You’ll more than likely have to request room service for the bathroom. Other than that.. a pleasant stay.
I rated this place a 4 because there was a hole in the comforter and food stains on the curtains. Place is fairly new and clean entrance. No complimentary breakfast.
