Very nice hotel, I called before hand where they said the pool was open but was not. Breakfast was good. Fast food Restaurants are walking distance

So I check your webpage in your webpage says that it’s pet allowed and dogs allowed and so after a day of stay we get a phone call from your staff says that there’s no pets allowed unless it’s a service animal which it don’t say that and then y’all tub in our first room The shower didn’t work and it fell apart then you’ll give us a second room we go to the second room and it’s a little bit different in the room that we had wasn’t complaining about that and then we getting ready to check out and my daughter falls off the elevator it didn’t level and she tripped and fell while holding her 6 month old in car seat and then the manager the man ay was like we don’t do incident report and yeah I was like no we don’t do incident reports which was crazy then he left and wouldn’t talk to us so we had to call the cops and I thought I was getting a great deal at a nice hotel but no

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years. People are friendly until today. First let me explain the excuse of Covid is over. If a location is just offering cereal and hard boiled eggs, they are being cheap. I have stayed over 250 times in the past year with choice hotels, and I’m developing a list of properties to avoid and it’s usually the lack of customer service.nnI explained to the GM of the property that other Comfort Inn &Suites are offering something other than a hard boiled egg and cereal. He said that Choice Hotels has not approved that. Lame excuse #1, i have over 200 stays that demonstrates this is incorrect. He then said that hotels are franchises and they can do what they want, lame excuse #2 as I’m sure all franchises have standards. Lame excuse #3 was Covid. What the GM fails to understand is that there is very little tourists these days, the business traveler is what is paying the bills.nnThe company I work for has had to do more with less, and because of the GMs lame excuses I will be shopping for another hotel when I come back.

This property seems to have it all. Breakfast, a business center, and a bed is super comfy. However, theres an interesting deal that Micheal offered that was exactly the same as Hilton Properties. Hmmmm, can we say coincidence?

The staff was A+++. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. It's only 10 minutes from the airport so you can easily get there with their courtesy shuttle.
