I stay there for one week 03/21/21 , 03/28/21 with my family when we left to a different hotel we forgot a brand new 7 foot tall “WELCOME SING” in the living room we stay at 104 first floor. When I call back to see if the housekeeping would seen it the front desk lady said they didn’t have it and she was been very rude she didn’t want to give me the managers name and literally hang up on me I keep calling back and she never answered, now I’m trying to call corporate but same luck no answer. Definitely I would rate there customer service with a “ 0”.
Good place to stay to just get away, clean rooms.

The elevator does not work going down from the 3rd floor. The ice machine doesn’t work. The front desk clerk thought it was funny. I do not recommend this hotel. They do not vacuum hallways and stairwells. Just plain nasty.
A fantastic Hotel for a fair price. Right near the airport.nnEmployees were easy to deal with and did everything quick and efficient.
