I give them 5 stars because of their great hospitality and very friendly staff. The Hotel itself is nice but wasn't so pleased with the bathtub being repainted, but as far as the room it was very clean. They also have a really good continental breakfast. The manager Natasha is really a fun and outgoing person and because of her friendliness and making us feel at home is the reason we will come back and stay there again..

The trip started off bad with the first person we interacted with. The next day, after we got another hotel for the 1st nights stay... Fanni and Latasha (Asst Manager) we’re very helpful and understanding figuring out the issue and resolving it. The trip turned out to be a success. Nice clean room.

I didn’t stay here but my phone was stolen and tracked to this hotel I spoke to someone on the phone and they told me housekeeping found my exact model of my phone but it was locked in a safe and I had to call back in the morning and describe it to a manager when I called back I was told I was on the phone with a manger and the lady proceeded to scream at me that it wasn’t her problem to solve and kept interrupting me she asked who I spoke to the day before but I was not given the name she told me that it is my problem and I need to ask for the name although she never gave me her name either I’ll be going to corporate about this as I am furious not that I lost my phone but the fact that a MANAGER could speak so rudely and raise her voice at me when I’m clearly in a tough situation here she refused to double check the safe or call housekeeping although the employee I talked to the day before was very nice and reassured me that we will get this figured out the next day and called housekeeping for me I understand there are a lot of rooms in the hotel and they can not check every single one for a phone but I was told housekeeping found it don’t stay here if you want to be taken seriously or have any of your problems taken care of

Great breakfast buffet and friendly service. Really comfortable rooms with an amazing view of the Mississippi River. The hotel is really close to the historic district which makes it convenient to schedule tours.

The staff especially the manager was soooo nice. The breakfast was great and beds and rooms was very clean and comfortable. Every time I go to New Orleans I will stay at this hotel
