The Dunleith House is remarkable! It has the most exquisite bed, a clawfoot tub which I thoroughly enjoyed more than any bath ever, rocked on the porch in the evening light, did a Southern Belle photo shoot, took a swim in the pool, had a quick lower story tour of the house as I stayed upstairs I had access to see it prior as well, and had a remarkable dinner and breakfast at the Castle Restaurant along with Willamette Valley Vineyards wine! This house is beautiful with its verandah including amazing columns which wrap around the structure. It has been featured in some movies I have seen too! Gorgeous!! The grounds were nice with some out buildings including some artifacts and a lovely Southern Magnolia tree. I was looking forward to staying here again as it was truly a one of a kind experience that I want to enjoy again! My son and I stayed here in June of 2018. We also toured Longwood and a couple other houses while we were there in town.

We stayed in one of the carriage house rooms. It wasn’t well maintained or very clean. We got the feeling this place was struggling financially. The place is beautiful though. It just might be too much for it to be able generate a profit. Get Anthony Melchiorri to turn it around.

This was a awesome place to stay at. It was beautiful!!! I stayed in the milk house which was awesome and authentic. Breakfast in The Castle restaurant is a must. Compliments to the chef!!!! Those potatoes are to die for and the biscuits melt in your mouth. The staff is super friendly and attentive. It's a beautiful setting. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to spend a night and learn about a plantation house. There is a pub and restaurant on the property. The bartender at the pub was friendly. A supper menu was available in the pub. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good. They also do tours of the plantation house. I recommend taking the tour.

Enjoyed a delicious lunch at The Castle followed by a complimentary tour of Dunleith. Our tour guide was engaging and very knowledgeable.
