This is one of the top 5 worst hotels i have ever stayed in. No shampoo. Toothpaste on the wall. Hair in the tub. Faucet broke.... so either a REALLY SCALDING HOT or cold shower. Iron didn't work. Stains on the setee. Cabinet doors broke. Is it really that hard just to remove something that has gross stains on it and burn marks???!!?? Refrigerator nasty. Out of all 10 ....maybe guest we were still put in a nasty room facing the town and not the river. I can't rate a negative or I would have!

Great view which is 100 yards from the Mississippi River. Comfortable beds, nice staff and not too pricey.

-Bath tub didn't drain completely so while showering I found myself standing in dirty water that I'm 95% sure wasn't from me alone.n- Everything in the room was in one way or another effected by a previous moisture control issue. Lamps rusted, mildew on the AC unit, iron etc just about everything looked like it had been salvaged from a flood.nn- Great location and friendly staff but I'm sure my wife would've had serious and warranted reservations to say the least about staying here w/our family. Thankfully I was traveling alone but because of the before mentioned I could or would not recommended staying here.

I am a diamond member with whyndham and also with choice. I have never been treated worse than the lady treated us at the clarion in vidalia la. by far the worst hotel experience of my life. I'll never come back

The lobby was a red flag, we should have walked away at that point... After a long drive we overlooked the MOLD growing in the lobby, hoping for a clean room. We got to the room and discovered it was absolutely disgusting. The lamp shades were covered with dust and mold. The walls were stained and look like they were never cleaned. The room was the worst room we have ever tried to rent. We went to the receptionist prepared for a fight to get a refund and she was in complete agreement with us. She sincerly apologized, she said we were definitely not the first to complain, she gave us complete refund with no issues.
