I recommend JACO Contracting to attend to your roofing needs. I had the pleasure of working with John Muirhead. He is extremely knowledgeable about roof repair/roof replacement process. But what struck me most about John was his thoroughness, honesty, responsiveness, and empathy. The crew that was assigned to replace my roof were equally impressive. They were efficient and cleanly, with a strong work ethic.

Caleb was very professional and took care of everything. Was there every step of the way till completion but was not overbearing either. Was very happy with my experience.
After a few years of being a new homeowner, we got to experience the joy of finding, securing, and scheduling masonry work in and around our garage. JACO was recommended to us by our insurance rep. We were contacted, scheduled an inspection, and given a fair quote all in under a week.nOf course, we have all heard (or lived) the horror stories, and this being our first foray into home repairs, I was skeptical . Caleb proved me dead wrong. He was always easy to contact, extremely professional, and when something went wrong (flat tires happen to everyone, so the crew was late), he was on top of figuring out what was what. I never felt like I was being pressured, and he answered every question I threw his way. The crew was thorough and tidy, and the brickwork looks great. We're very pleased, and I would definitely recommend using JACO's services (and Caleb in particular) to anyone looking for help with their house repairs.
