Some of the workers i love but hav not seen them in a while. Got a shot there once not friendly. The reason for my bad review is i hav a funeral for my cousin today and my meds is due to be filled tomorrow and i can pick up a day early. Idc what people say. Just cause im friendly or want meds a day or two early dont make me high or a junky! I come from a family of attorneys and drs. My great grandfather built signal mountain. The court house building is named after my family !!! I do love two of the ladys there. Hope they r still there. My doc said its all up to pharmacy. Just cause someone isnon pain meds doesnt make them a junky or an abuser. Im the most reserved rule follower there is!!!

Excellent service time and again, but recently they have gone above and beyond to assist with our medical mission trip! Kind-hearted and excellent service! Thankful to have a Covington location!

My Dr called in meds to Carmichael’s on a Monday said it would be ready by Tuesday or Wednesday so Thursday afternoon rolled around so I called them. Someone from the Monroe store calls me back saying my insurance didn’t cover it $45 did I still want it well yes I said it’s a one time medicine I need. I then asked is that why it hasn’t been filled then why haven’t anyone called me to ask this question seeing it’s been 3days. Then she asked if I want to come to Monroe to pick it up. I live toward Jackson lake no I don’t want to come to Monroe. I don’t understand why my Dr had to call in to Carmichael’s anyway. Hello pharmacist this is medicine why don’t you have a bit more initiative to get information needed from your customer why does it take 3days and me to call you to find this out I was gonna start using Carmichael’s for my monthly meds but no way will I ever use Carmichael’s and i might just tell everyone I know what they did. It’s Friday went to pick up med from Carmichael’s and no medicine in the bag. Carmichael’s you guys really dropped the ball on this one.

I have always preferred using this pharmacy over any other, they seem to always have every medicine you can imagine in stock and the one time they didn't they got very fast. No waiting an hour to get your medication to be filled it's in and out. Randy & Larry are very friendly and informative on any medication or medical questions you may have, thanks for the great experience! Also the lady up front (Amber?) is very nice as well. :)
