I have been using this Walgreens for 4 years. The staff has been always pleasant and effective. The Pharmacist has always answered and responded to issues quickly. The attention I have received from them is always with a courteous smile.
A typical walgreens. No bad. No Good.
The manager Victoria is very helpful. Whenever I go to this Walgreens, she is very nice and very informative. This Walgreens isn’t the store that’s closest to my home but I go to this one because I know I will always receive great customer service from her.
I wish I could leave no stars! The woman who answered the phone to refill my birth control was completely rude and had no skill in customer service. When I came to pick up my prescription, one of the nice gentlemen working was trying to get my prescription ready, and she rudely told him he couldn't because she told me not to come until 3:30 and it was 1:30. It was birth control, and it was an easy prescription to get. Ive never had this issue before, nor have I ever seen her working at this store before. She is the reason I will no longer return to this paticular Walgreens for any of my prescription/ shopping needs.
The Walgreens at 3003 Old Alabama Road has the best Pharmacy staff! I wouldn’t go any where else! The staff is very professional and go above and beyond excellent customer service!!! Thank you!
