I called on Monday to get a prescription filled at the Windward Plaza location and was told that they would have it filled by Tuesday. After not getting any notification, I called Wednesday to confirm that my prescription was filled and was told they do not have that medication at their location. After being transferred over to this location on Wednesday, I was told my medication was there and they would text me as soon as it was ready. Received a call Friday (five days after my prescription was supposed to be filled) that it was ready. Once I arrived, they stated that they did not have that medication at their location. Overall, an absolutely horrible experience with CVS pharmacies.

I really had very bad experience today. People are very rude and not at all helpful. They are very prompt in the timings but not in care and service.I reached there by 7:58 they kept us wait for 2 minutes and finally they said they are closed and can’t help me. I can get medicine only tomorrow.One lady was trying to help us but they restricted her too. Finally after discussion they had asked us to visit another cvs which is open till 12. But they didn’t transfer and did not guide us. After coming to other pharmacy they told the prescription is not in system and few more free suggestions which won’t help me. From now I don’t go to state bridge cvs.

Rude and terrible pharmacy support.They are more interested in seeking extra drugs and refills - Moved over our business to Walgreens down the road
