I took my new bike in for repair & inspection after shipping damage. They offered to fix it right then but I needed approval due to shipping insurance. Obviously they could’ve tried to rack up the bill but instead found a way to SAVE money & do the repair cheaper! I will definitely be back if my wife or I need any repairs or accessories. Highly recommended!

The Bicycle Doctor pulled through for me again! I do my own routine repairs. The Bicycle Doctor does everything else, which is fairly regular with the wear and tear on my mountain bike. This time a seized bolt on my suspension had me and bike manufacturer both worried the frame may have to be scrapped ud83dude2c. Joel kept me well informed of the options, was able to cut the bolt, and get me and my bike back on the trails!nnGreat folks, none of the air of arrogance I have seen with some other shops, and better service too. They have fixed things other shops could not in the past.

My son let me know his back bike wheel was flat the night before our family trip to Hilton Head. Would not hold air....I pulled up to the bicycle doc right at closing, and these guys opened back up for me and fixed the wheel while I waited! AND charged me a very fair price. Amazing service, kind people.

My grandson had a bicycle emergency where he needed a new inner tube. I know nothing about bicycle repair. The Bicycle Doctor replaced the inner tube and explained why the inner tube pierced. It was great service with a smile. Thank you Bicycle Doctor.

Very good mechanics! Swapped out the drivetrain on my Specialized Epic and she's good as new. Highly recommend if you have a high end bike.
