Reviews
They charged a lot of money for Very substandard work. Takes your money and doesn't complete the work. They didn't pay their subs even though they got paid. Roofing, plumbing, tile and flooring all had to be redone by another vendor who knew what they were doing. Rufus is just a fast talker who's words mean nothing.
We do not recommend this person to rehab any property or investment. They claim to be a roofing company. And they hire subs who may not have experience or specialty in the areas they are hired for. Alot of trial and even more error. No attention to detail, poor communication. Only thing that went ok, was the painting. Wasted time and too much money for an unfinished job with this person.
