Was gratefully surprised at how professional the staff was. I'll be there in a couple of weeks.
It was dirty. Smelled so badly of bleach but was not clean. Shower had mold and towel rack was missing. The outside felt like you were in a bad part of town. Non running vehicles up on jacks, people milling around all night. I see the response I received is the standard response to everyone. How exactly would you try to improve the experience? That time has past. But thank you for your blanket response.
Had a fight with my roommate so just needed 2 getaway 4 the weekend. Room was clean. But only had one small trash can, & one set of towels, & even though there were 2 of us in the room they wouldn't give another set of towels. There were a great number of weird people in & hangin' 'round the grounds, & not adequately lighted so felt a little sketchy. But the beds were comfortable & the pool was open & clean & warm so that was nice. The staff were friendly(manager was flakey & not easily reached) but they could've been more helpful.
One day after first posting...the manager responded with regret & promised to make it right. That goes above and beyond most businesses....good job ...& Thank you. I'll be back🙂
When does the parking lot traffic stop? It's 11:15 and I am chilling in my rig because the amount of foot traffic reminds me of the crack houses I have seen in movies. How many times is the dude in the blue truck going to come by? The number of people who pulled right up to my room and left their lights on while they were there for 45 seconds was remarkable.
You might be running a drug house.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Don't even bother wasting your time. Nothing but problems and unbelievably terrible service. I wouldn't stay at this place ever again on someone else's money. Live your best life- Do not stay here.
