The representative from Champion was on time. Jimmy gave a good demo of the product. I was impressed that Champion did not sell lower grades of their windows. A suggestion to anyone buying vinyl windows is to look at a cutout of the windows a company is offering for sale. Champion was the only window I saw that has foam installation inside the window frame. Every other company uses empty air chambers as way of insulating the window frame. I had talked to five other companies. The Champion window just seemed to a better product for the money. The price was a little high, but to my surprise the company was willing work with me on the price. I look forward to getting my windows in about six weeks.

My wife and I are very impressed by the quality of the windows. Our factory rep Marty Greatorex, has demonstrated what features and materials make the windows top quality and long last. With a great lifetime warranty.. He informed us of the payment options to choose from. Thanks Marty for a great presentation of what makes Champion a quality company that has been in business many, many years

I haven't had windows installed yet. I am confident that I chose the right company to do the work. Jack was a great rep for Champion and he showed me the windows and I was impressed after he went over everything with me. It was more like a conversation than someone trying to push a product on me. Thanks Jack. I like the fact the windows are made here, in the USA. And I like the honesty and integrity of Champion. I am sure I will love the windows.

Jack was awesome! He was so nice and very professional! He went through everything line by line and step by step. He went above and beyond. He priced and repriced because I kept changing the project and stayed until after 9:00 pm. I highly recommend Jack and Champion!

I just experienced the worst customer service I have ever received in my life.nnIt all started with Champion Windows salesperson giving me a quote. We were negating back and forth and agreed on a price. I then received a phone call indicating that Champion Windows could not honor that price we agreed on and he would have to raise the price.nnDuring window discussions my wife specifically asked if our existing room darkening window treatments could be used with the new windows. The salesperson indicated that the new windows would look exactly the same and we’ll be able to use the existing window treatments. Once the windows were installed it was discovered that the window treatments would not work, and new ones had to be purchased. That was not in our planned budget for this project.nnTheir clean-up was less than desirable. After the windows were installed and the technicians left we noticed left over scraps inside the house and cigarette buds left in the yard.nnThese issues were brought forth to Champion Windows and nothing was done. They had no customer empathy. There was no customer satisfaction. We reached out to them on the window treatments immediately and they only offered to pay $500 for a fraction (2.2% of the overall window bill ($22K, 7% of the window treatment cost $7K) of them and requested us not to give any negative press.nnBased on this experience, I would recommend staying away from using Champion Windows at all cost. They don’t stand behind their words and will say anything they need to get a sale.
