This shop has been helpful in the past, but sadly accepted my bike for repairs without notifying me they'd be closed for a three week period. Closing for a holiday break is understandable, but unacceptable without notifying clients their repair will take an indefinite amount of time.

Fantastic bike shop. The owner is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
When I first went to The Bike Shop to look for a board for college, i immediately was greeted by kind smiles. Billy helped me find the board that was just right for me. Since then, I have brought multiple friends to try to get them to purchase a board as well. I also recommend The Bike Shop for bike repairs.
