Great to meet the guys at David's World Cycle. I first took my old bike to have it appraised at the College Park store, and even though I didn't trade it in, David spent time with me to determine which bike purchase options would be a good fit for me. I am older and just want to ride to keep in shape and enjoy some scenery. He also gave me information on where to find the bikes in the Orlando area. Fortunately, I found the bike I most liked at the Oviedo store which is closest to my home. I called to make sure the bike was available and met Jim there who was most helpful in having me take a test ride and when I decided to purchase, get the bike setup for me. I am very pleased with the courtesy and competence of the people at the David's WC and Jim S. who helped me out! They also make sure that you are set for future service on the bike and have a great place to take it (any David's WC will service it) when needed. I highly recommend this store and this company.

I took in my two older Trek street bicycles, which I paid $80 each for used. One needed the rear rim trued, it was brushing the brake briefly every revolution. No other issues. Should have been a $40 job tops. I was told it had too many issues to be repaired including rust on the spoke nuts. Then I was told the chain was rusty (it was not) so I needed a new one. On the wall they had three service levels (labor only), basic was about $125, mid was about $250, top was about $350. I was told my bike was mid level, so $250 to start. Then they diagnosed rusted brake cables and multiple other problems. Total estimate $475.nThe second bike needed the front brakes adjusted, no other issues. This was put into the $125 labor category. After inspection total cost was $250. Grand total both bikes $725. I politely declined their services.nI then took the rim to a bike shop in Winter Springs. No rusty spoke nuts were found. $30 to have the rim trued including new tape.nYou can pass your own judgment.

Jim at the Oviedo shop was super friendly and knowledgeable. Could go for a quick test ride and was satisfied by the price/value. 10min later, after a quick check, I walked out of the shop with my new bike and could enjoy the weekend. Great Service.

Amazing Service 1000 stars !nMy bike chain ring needed to be fixed and if it could not be fixed it needed to be replaced. He got a tool and fixed my chain ring and my bike was working again and a noise due to the chain ring left as well. He was kind enough to fix it for free. My bike works great.

Always top quality. I just do what they tell us and know that I picked the best bike for my money for my child. The most safe accessories. I don’t have to think hard about whether or not I’m scrimping on quality.
