These people are the best! They know everything about every kind of bike! They've kept our two recumbent trike in good running order for two years. They even helped us problem solve issues with one of the trikes that is electrified. Awesome place!

Really nice business. I needed a part to fix my bike. They gave me advice on how to fix it and showed me the right part. They ended up giving me the part for free. Their prices on repairs are really fair as well.

I won’t be back to this bike shop. I took my road bike in and asked for a tuneup. I was told it needed new tires as well, and I agreed to that. I was quoted $90 for a tune up, and $50 for new tires. I was told it would take about a week. 4 weeks later, I finally got my bike back, and was charged over $200. — after a small discount for not calling me to update me on the extra time needed.nNo one called me to let me know my bike was ready- I had to call them.nNow, I’m even more unhappy that no one called to see if I would authorize extra repairs and extra charges.nI would not have had them wrap my handlebars- I can do that myself.nI don’t understand how they thought it was ok to do extra repairs/ charges without checking with the customer.nI’m sure they are knowledgeable, but I don’t recommend- if you don’t want to be charged $100+ more than you were quoted.

The loveliest owners. I came in when I was on a bike tour in March. I rather stupidly didn't have any spare spokes, or a spoke key. I had also realised there were other tools I was missing too. I turned up on a busy Saturday morning and they managed to change my spoke, cut me some new spokes, true my wheel and sell me the tools I was missing for a brilliant price. Thank you so much!nnThey even had the time to show me how to use a chain whip properly - I really appreciate it. I've been meaning to write this review for ages, as I keep thinking about how welcoming Christy and Mark were. Good old southern hospitality!
