I realize the amount of pressure CVS and it's employees are under.Having said that there has been a total breakdown of prescription services at this location.CVS should maintain staffing levels equal to the demand because at this point dealing with CVS prescription is a tortuous affair.It is not fair to CVS employees or CVS customers.
Call for prescriptions and was put on hold for 45 minutes. Finally hung up. Medications I needed which was a repeat script. Unacceptable service. Fix it!!!!
I cannot stand cvs ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION! NOTHING IS EVER READY WHEN IT SHOULD BE. THE STAFF IS SUPER RUDE AND A DISPRGANIZED MESS .. I have better things to do then walk around cvs for a half hour waiting for a prescription that shouldve been done a half hour ago! DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF PICKING A PICK UP TIME AND ORDERING AHEAD IF ITS NOT EVEN GONNA BE READY WHEN I GET THERE . THEY REALLY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER ! Ridiculous!
Horrible customer service. They wouldn't even call there own CVS to track down additional antibiotic need for my sick kid. They lied to me on how much they even had in stock. Wouldn't do a partial fill. They just lost by business.
Pharmacy non responsive. To phone calls. Spoke with front store. “ running slow” Issue all evening No texts that rx ready. Poor service
