Thursday April 9, 2020 around 11.09am I phoned this CVS store asking if any way I could order a few items we had none of ,needed, but couldn’t go into the store because I am unable to get around ,my husband is up to #1 capable of catching that new virus rheumatoid arthritis, on Coumadin pot heart failure ! Also has an internal pacemaker / defibrillator! The woman was extremely helpful looking for the items (some were sold out ) and we were thrilled! When my husband arrived @ the parking lot I phoned her and she went outdoors to the car (with mask & gloves on) put the items in back of SUV & she was pleased to have helped us & we were very pleased with her concern, patient & willing to look for our items!nAnd we were very grateful for her kindness!

The organization at this location's pharmacy is a joke. I have had over 3 errors with my prescriptions in the 2 years I've been coming here. I have been given the incorrect medication (at it was the second month I was on it, so I honestly thought I was being given a different generic pill), incorrect dosages (which I said were incorrect and was completely ignored for) and they have lost my renewal prescriptions from my providers on more than one occasion. Whenever I ask for reasons to this, I get given some excuse, that is just ridiculous. The rest if the store is fine, but I would not recommend going to the pharmacy here for prescriptions.

No one should shop at this location. I am appalled by something that happened between my friend and one of your managers at the Salem MA location. The manager on duty, named Robert, took her person information off of her receipt and texted her because he found her attractive.nnThis is a clear violation of your customer's privacy. She has contacted corporate with little response. This is absolutely disgusting.
