On the outset, this place looks very nice. The bed was comfortable. It is well laid out. However, the next morning there was no hot water and the phone did not work so I was unable to call the front desk.

Our stay was comfortable and the hotel was very clean!! The staff was very attentive. We needed some room assistance and Oscar didn't hesitate to help us without question! He along with the other staff were very pleasant and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Front Desk Agent working on 4/1/21 @ 7pm was extremely rude and was not present at the front desk for 10 minutes. I wasn't greeted when she arrived and she complained about me ringing the bell for service when there's clearly a sign asking you to ring bell for service. I told her the sign said ring the bell and she stated there's also a sign saying i will be right back. The sign was not easily noticeable due to all the covid signs. She didn't apologize for not being present as she stated I'm not apologizing. Again very Rude! This is not a person you need to represent your company. Once she checked me in, she placed my cards on the counter and walked away to greet her boyfriend who was there to eat dinner with her. Dont stay here, the service sucks!!! Tried to call corporate and the wait time was over 20 minutes. Very disappointed.

Horrible experience! Front desk workers were very nonchalant from moment I arrived instead of explaining the deposit they just tried to charge my card extra money, I asked for a blanket theymade me come downstairs to receive it . Even though it's covid , the breakfast made no sense nothing went together! You usually can take shampoo and body wash they have theirs locked to the shower I cannot believe this is under the Marriott brand, I WILL NEVER GO BACK
