My husband and I enjoy staying here..nThe hotel and rooms are very nice and the housekeeping always does an excellent job.. And a special shout to Vinnie at the front desk... He's always friendly and accommodating....
The actual property, lobby and inside décor was very beautiful, the issues that we had we were with the room. The room smelled like smoke even though we requested a non-smoking room, the sofa in the common area needed to be replaced and the tub and shower can use upgrading. The hotel staff was very nice and courteous and assisted us over the phone when we had issues with the t.v. I would stay here again but would hope management would address the issues outlined in this review.
Everything is good except for the one guy who works day he is an older guy. Other than that everything is good
When we arrived there front desk man was exceptionally nice and he even let us choose what floor we wanted to stay in. When we arrived to the floor we're our room was the hallway it smelled like cigarette smoke and mold. When we got in our room it looked like they either took down the wall boarder or upstairs had flooded. The carpet was filthy. My husband went to open the window to let some fresh air in and the right side window went all the way up and their was no screen. I know that can't be safe especially if you have children. I seen a roach come from behind the mirror. We've stayed here before and I have no idea what happened to how these rooms looked. They have never looked like this before and the hallways have always smelled nice and clean. This was not how I was expecting to spend my 1 year anniversary. I told my husband we will definitely NOT be coming back here again.
The hotel has several sanitizing stations along the wall at the hallways.. the halls with newly renovated and painted very nice and clean and Sleek there's a doorbell that can be wrong to gain access into the room. When you first enter into the room you enter into the office suite where there is a sleep sofa TV table microwave coffee maker wet bar and chair. The room is very spacious. The bathroom is a generous as well and the Sleep area has another TV.. staff was very pleasant and friendly the location is close to several restaurants and right up the street from Potomac Mills shopping center I would definitely stay again.
