NOT ONLY WAS THE ROOM AVERAGE BUT A LOT WAS WRONG FROM THE PAINT PEELING TO THE WALL PAPER. THE POOL WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HAD ALL THIS STUFF FLOATING IN IT. THE SHOWER DIDN'T WANT TO WORK AT FIRST....ONLY 2 BEDS ROOMS HAVE TUBS EVEN THOUGH THEY CLAIM TO BE KID FRIENDLY. THE STAFF WAS VERY SWEET BUT ILL NEVER PAY AN 20% JUST IN CASE FOR INCIDENTS EVER AGAIN. THEY ALSO WILL GIVE YOU THE MONEY BACK & THEN RECHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT BE CAREFUL.
Staff was nice and the rooms were good for the price. Could have been more thoroughly cleaned as my partner and I found a condom wrapper by the bed. Elevator is a bit shaky. Breakfast was a muffin, a granola bar and a water. Our bathroom had a leak in the shower head and the toilet made a weird sound.
Kind and courteous, clean and comfortable, up to date design.. with breakfast to go. What more can you ask?
The consumer services at this location was poor and the staff were very unprofessional. They were verbally abusive and out right rude. The night shift was not reasonable and disrespectful to my 3 toddlers. Making rude remarks about children. We booked for an 8 day stay and left the same night we checked in because we were being harassed by the front desk. If your looking for a hotel in the area DO NOT STAY AT THIS CLASSLESS ESTABLISHMENT
The room was very clean and the staff friendly, but there were few amenities for a three star hotel. I also thought I was getting a shower and tub combination based on the web sight. Because of a knee injury I can't stand for long. No microwave in the room and the shower had very low water pressure.
