We booked nine rooms at the last minute, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer to accommodate us! The general manager and assistant managers were all very nice and helpful. Very clean and modern space. Beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. Lots of games in the lobby gave the kids something to do. Thank you so much for having us!
My husband and I came here for a date night. We originally checked into a different hotel that ended up being dirty and sketchy. This was our second attempt and we couldn’t have been happier after leaving that first place to come here. Totally worth it! It’s a little extra money but the entire hotel including guest rooms are beautiful. The desk staff was kind, caring and helpful.nnThey have food available 24/7. The rooms are spotless and modern. The beds are so comfortable and clean. They give you more than enough shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. We will be going back.
Came here for business. This is a newer facility, only opened for a few months. Everything is brand new. The room was comfortable except for the large clump of black hair that was floating in the toilet upon my arrival. This concerned me a little bit because each door has a housekeeping staff sticker prior to arrival, indicating that the room was already serviced. I guess it's not a deal-breaker but it was kind of gross seeing it in there.
would give 10 stars if I could. Perfect for field work travel - no carpet in room, no pointless bulky furniture or closet (I never unpack anyway), lots of hooks by the door for rain gear/bags. Very clean, desk staff friendly. Would definitely stay here again (or at other tru properties)
This hotel is so beautiful and modern! I love all the decoration, furniture, and paint! Its so happy and cute! The interior and exterior design are so nice. I really like the shower. And the rooms are gorgeous. There's also a very nice view from my room. The staff is very friendly as well.
