I will say the customer service was very good . We arrived and to be honest the area wasn’t what we thought . I was worried about parking my car outside . When we got in around 8pm there was tons of noise because of the indoor pool located in the middlenOf the hotel . We checked in with a very nice front desk person . Got our no smoking room and when we walked in it smelled like someone just lite up a cigarette . I call the front desk and they switched our room but said the only one left was on floor 2 . I thought this shouldn’t be an issue . Went down got the new key and as we went into the new room all I couldnSmell was weed coming from the surrounding rooms . I also figured out why floor 2 is bad because your right out by the pool . I called the front desk and told them I was not happy with the room and wanted a refund and we would leave . He said no problemn. I should get my refund if not I will up date this . I went down the street about 5 miles and it was like in different world. So again customer service very good but the location and the clientele that the hotel attracts is not good and I didn’t feel safe . If you have a family and are just passing through and not familiar with the area I would pass this one up .

The room was spotless, staff was super helpful and nice. And the pool was great. I will stay here again if I ever get back that way.

The experience would have been perfect except for the fact I was locked out of room for over 25 minutes because apparently the room requires a cheat code (shake the door knob left right left right) before you can insert the cardud83dude11 I know the person working the desk did the best she could but I figure if she had more than one person on site to man the front desk and another in case situations arise things would go much smoother. So if you are going to stay here find out the cheat code for your room.

Very clean location and convenient location. Great customer service! I was assisted by Amani and he was wonderful. We had an issue with checking in and he was able to solve the issue quickly with no hassles AND saved us money lol. Honestly best hotel in the area.nnSide note: They do not serve a full breakfast: muffins, coffee and juice.
