Beautiful service
customer service is beyond poor and bad attitudes. considering remarks and could care less attitude. Told them my major national company will be informed to never use this hotel and I was told that's okay. Everyday I have to get a new room because after 15 or 20 times to get in my room it doesn't work. (4 days in a row) I have to the 3rd floor to snacks and the 4th floor to get a drink then to my floor and pray my card works on the door if not back to the lobby get another key and back to my floor. no mini fridge to keep drinks cold. both lobby computers out of order. my 1st reservation was only $50 deposit for 4 days then my 2nd was $100 deposit. tried charging me an extra $50 a night because my company needed me here a few days longer. this has been a horrible experience and very aggravating stay. I would definitely suggest you stay anyplace else. do not go through the struggles and aggravation I have had to endure at this hotel. do yourself a favor and drive past it to the next.
I did not stay here. I made a reservation and had to cancel based on coming in contact with Covid 19. I work in the medical field and am disappointed that they refused to refund my money. They would have rather put every guest in jeopardy by having me come to stay then just cancel and return my money. I was misinformed by both booking and best western about cancellation policy. Since the money did not pull for 4 days I wasn’t aware that it had been taken. Was offered a 50% off stay instead of a refund. So I can stay and give more money. The account manager told me they had to pay booking.com. Then stated he was sorry I got sick but if they have to pay I have to pay. Where is the compassion? Truly horrible customer service.
Great experience. I enjoyed my stay. Also easy parking & Awesome customer service
Overall not a bad place to stay, came here to rest on my 20 hour trip. We had to put a $200 cash security deposit down, which we got back when we checked out. You get what you pay for, beds were comfy
