Good location for shopping and inexpensive eats. Check in was excellent except we asked for room change because of smelliness. The 2nd room had a view of a large pond with ducks and geese and smelled fragrant. I liked that! Carpet was worn and not very clean.
The location is pretty sweet near shopping, restaurants and the highway, but the hotel rooms need a major renovation. The carpet in our room was beyond gross with stains and residue of some sort ground into it. We wore shoes the entire time if we had to walk around. We'd already moved once for a smell in our first room so I didn't bother complaining about this one because I was already exhausted. The paint is peeling and so much more. The other good news is all the staff is extremely friendly and the small lake by the property is gorgeous.
Very clean and comfortable with large rooms. 2nd stay in 2 weeks and would go back. Smoke detector low battery indicator chirping from 3 am on, let the desk know at checkout.
Never again. So over priced. They NEVER answer the phone. Internet is a joke, so if you have to use internet you have to go to the lobby. Their employees BLARE MUSIC till 3am in the lobby, hence why they never hear the phone. Check behind everything. Found dead Roaches and live ants in my dry food on day 2. Shower was broke, never fixed so I literally had to go buy one. I felt so bad for the roomservice lady she had no clue what to do to help with broke shower. “”Breakfast”” is bagged cookies, bagels ( only gluten free? Cmon!?) and cereal. Nothing healthy at all. Animal droppings all over the walkways outside and dont even think about stepping in the grass. This place needs to lower their prices, refund guest or do a serious re-model. 3 more days to go for me sadly... Dont be like me and not look forward to getting off work.
One of the elevators wasn’t working. The proper way to handle the elevator situation is to put an out of service. Found a live roach outside the bathroom vent. Went I went to get it. It crawled inside the vent. They have a roach problem. I will never stay here again.
