Nothing I disliked about the room, like a model home on display. Lots of space, fridge, microwave in there own cabinet, and TV was on a separate cabinet from the desk to give you more space. It was perfect! Walking distance to shops and cafe's. Beautiful entrance way was so inviting. Color scheme was a modern array of grays and neutrals. EVERYTHING was CLEAN. The lady at the front desk next morning could use a few tips on charisma. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Since I used the app to check-in and check out I did not interact with the staff members a lot. So this feedback is not about their friendliness and support. Whatever limited interaction I had with them was fine.nnHowever, for the price paid the room was tiny, the sofa couch was creaking, the TV was the oldest one possible with no HDMI port, the shower could have been better, there was no reserved parking for diamond members and only one bottle of water per day when asked for.nnI would have ignored all these things but I'm nitpicking because almost all the guests (I thought they were guests) had no masks on. It should be the hotel's responsibility to enforce the COVID related guidelines and they are doing the worst possible job at it. I did notice the housekeeping staff doing their work diligently with cleaning everything that can but what is the point. The guests being to roam around as they want, so the cleaning staff's efforts are wasted. I would definitely not stay at this hotel again just for safety reasons. I would not recommend anyone to stay either.nnThe location and 24x7 coffee were good though.

When the bed was too hard the staff added several extra mattress pads to soften it! Very helpful!

For starters I am APPALLED by the customer service I have received. I had a reservation which I canceled well within the time frame required, however my card was still charged. I called to speak to a manager and she was very snarky and insisted that I indeed did not cancel my reservation. I did cancel my reservation, 3 days after I reserved. I spoke to the manager on duty at the time I had called and he assured that my reservation was canceled and my card was not charged. The lady I spoke to tonight told me there’s nothing she can do to help me and that apparently it is my fault. Due to NEGLIGENCE on yalls staff, my card was charged and somehow it’s my fault. Was told to call back Monday to speak to Tim who is the manager. Will contact corporate if they don’t resolve this. Anyway, HORRIBLE SERVICE. Save your money. Go to Marriott, near the buffalo wild wings, never had a bad experience with them and for starters their customer service is top notch.
