Pharmacy makes frequent mistakes. Does not have prescriptions ready when promised despite repeated calls to confirm beforehand. Pharmacist does not apologize or take responsibility for these serious mistakes.
CVS pharmacies are very slow most of the time... they tell you a hour although other places like Giant take 30minutes. I gave this one a chance because I was in the area but it seems like they are less efficient for whatever reason. Maybe they take on too much work & should minimize it or hire more staff. Next time I would just drive to my regular pharmacy.nnPs. I was giving ONE STAR until the lady at the drive through was so sweet I had to change it... someone like her should answer the phones too because the other pharmacists literally DON’T CARE
Told me 20 minutes. Came back like 30 minutes later, had it ready. Good service quick.
Has an array of popular items. A bit pricey.
The worse cvs pharmacy ever you have to wait for hour even you call and the Madison not ready worse experience.
