CVS

This review is for the pharmacy, specifically for a rude individual named Jessica (a young, blonde woman). Unfortunately, my pet was admitted to the ER for overnight observation/treatment, and the only medicine I needed to physically fill at a pharmacy (as it couldn’t be compounded at the ER clinic) for his treatment is an opioid (i.e. fentanyl patch.) (All pharmacies were closed by the time he was discharged so he was given enough to make it through the night so I can fill the Rx in the morning.) By the time I made it to this CVS today, I had already been to three pharmacies (and I was on hold with this store for 20 minutes on the phone—no one answered so I went inside.) Jessica came to grab the script, and proceeded to tell me it was out of stock. Ok, great—I asked her what now, can you tell me where else to go where I have a greater chance to get my pet’s pain meds (because he isn’t on any right now). She pushed the script back to me, rudely brushed me off, exhibited hostile non-verbal communication (non-blinking), and wouldn’t even tell me other CVS locations where I have a better chance of getting the medication. I had to speak to another employee, who was nice enough to give me options, as Jessica proceeded to speak nicely to other customers (who didn’t look like me—I’m a minority woman.) As a veterinarian and federal government public health official, this is the worst customer service and approach to medical assistance I’ve ever experienced.

I waited for ever to get my medicine at the drive through.nI got home the medicine is wrong . I have been calling trying to talk to someone abt it, for the last hour and a half. OF COURSE no answer, finally I had someone a women , who was pretending that she can’t hear me , and hang up on me.nI had bad experiences with them before, I let go. But not this time.nThey are rude, frustrated, not cooperative. May B if they are not greedy , and hire more staff, the service will b better .nI am done with CVS Tacketts Mille Woodbridge. I will never put a Foot there.

I went into your store to get my pictures. The outside grounds were filthy. The inside of the store was totally disorganized and had only one employee that I had to go looking for to get service.

Great staff, front and pharmacy. I see a lot of complaints about the pharmacy but from what I've seen they are wonderful. They are patient, kind, and professional. Friendliest location in my opinion.

I have been going to this CVS pharmacy for about a year now and I have nothing but great things to say. I’ve interacted with pharmacists Ameera and Susan and they have both been extremely attentive, helpful, and professional.
