If I could give no stars, would. I went to this Walgreens on 3/5/21 @ around 1:30pm in an emergency situation to get two pictures for a document. The quality of the photos were horrible, complexion came out extremely pale with a different color on my neck and my hair color brassy reddish color; My hair color is brown.The technician obviously has no experience in taking passport pictures. Pictures are taken against a white back drop so the camera needs to be adjusted accordingly. She did no adjustment to a hand held camera. The administrator would not even accept them, good thing I was able to reschedule my appt. sooner than later. High end prices should warrant better quality pictures. Seem like they invested in the worst quality camera, even looks it. This experience greatly inconvenienced me. Also, customer service on a whole was far from courteous. I since went to another place and the pictures came out true.

Horrible Experience. Went to pick up medicine for a respiratory problem. I am exempt from the mask requirement and I was treated with absolute disrespect. I was yelled at and ridiculed and told they would make “suitable accommodations” for me to pick up my meds. Reminded me of all the “suitable accommodations” made for certain groups by other groups under Jim Crow. I had the governors order with me and scoffed at when I pointed out the exemption. I would give no stars if that were possible.

Was looking for a specific item and one of the managers tracked it down for me and let me know when it would be in, 5 star service wish i had his name, great customer service!!

I won't be shopping here, ill give my business to someone who actually cares about their customers.nI went in the other day to buy formula and they were out of the one I needed, its way over priced for a generic brand first off. Secondly, I went to buy makeup with an orange clearance tag. There was a ROW of tags, the guy at the front wanted to give me a darker foundation bc THAT was the one on sale. Um. Why is a lighter shade of foundation a different price??.. they fought me tooth and nail over it... i backed up the line and felt really bad. But when the manager was called forward she didn't even bother to look and make sure it wasn't on sale. She literally said, well, some shades are marked down that one isn't. OK... i found it to be totally rude and made me feel like I was trying to cheat them out or something. When in reality someone had misplaced the tag, or put the shade in the wrong spot.

Why invite seniors to shop Tuesday morning and not have essentials. They should come on a morning when the store is stocked. Got what I needed. Thanks
