They notified me of my prescription being ready right as it closed so I didn't make it on time even at the very second it closed. So stuck with my infection a little longer ud83dude2d

This pharmacy is basically just awful. The online system does not update so none of my prescriptions online are current and the text alert kept telling me I had a prescription ready that I’ve never taken in my life so I just unsubscribed since any updates I was getting we’re going to be inaccurate. Plus it takes over well over 15 minutes to get someone on the phone when you have an issue, which with the CVS system is frequently. I’ve seen the pharmacy techs have the phone ringing for over 15 minutes and then shut the window at closing time instead of answering anyone who had been waiting. It should not be this hard to get medications

Impossible to even get ahold of anyone when calling them. Can't check the status a prescription for a sick child without going in. I don't even know if they received the prescription from the physician. At least a 15min wait on the phone...maybe longer. Then when you go in, you can tell no one wants to be there and be prepared to wait in a long line. Pick another CVS if you can!

Poor pharmacy. Out of common mess, disorganized and couldn't process an order. Told a lie that masks are a law which is totally false... it is an Executive Order. There are better places to go
