If I could give 0 I would. Awful service! Customer service was awful the fat white lady has a NASTY attitude it’s not somewhere I would recommend ever staying. You’d be safer sleeping in your car

Honestly, we've stayed here for 2 weeks now. At first it wasn't bad. Maid - who lives here - is loud. Yells at her toddler grandson and her husband what seems like 24/7. She even got into a physical altercation with him at one point. She never asked once if we needed our room clean, but then complained to the owner that our room was filthy. Which, might i add, it just needed to be swept. She blamed us for a mess that was there before we arrived. The pillows are flat, but the bed isn't too bad. There was also no coffee pot in the room. If you only need to stay a night this hotel is okay and cheapish..but if you need to stay longer than a night i would go next door and pay the extra $30

I’ve stayed at this location four times. On the positive side, the beds here are comfortable. Some of the rooms are newly updated. The shower has great water pressure. The CFL bulbs in the room cast a horrible light. During the fourth visit, I found a roach and woke up with a bug bite.nnAs the other reviews state, the owner is often surly and rude. When I attempted to book a fifth visit, he demanded a $25 deposit (he never demanded a deposit before). I objected. He then asked me to leave saying that he would call the police. The police found me at the Round Hill Inn asking me to sign a no-trespassing warrant for The Budget Inn.nnReally? This is the way they run this business? I hope they go out of business. At least the cops were nicer than the owner. Kudos to The City of Orange Police Department. The cops say the owner does this to many of his clients.

It’s full of bed bugs please Even if you don’t have money and you need it for one night , Believe me it’s not worth it you will not sleep and you will get bite as much as You can Count (Here's a picture of my back the next day)

Keys never worked twice. Room was super small. Staff wasn't all that friendly
