Usually a pretty good place. Sometimes the pharmacy is a bit lackluster and takes quite a long time, but it's a pharmacy so I'm sure it's quite busy.nUsually the staff that work there are upbeat and positive. Not the best ever but not terrible - 4 stars

I don't think Long street pharmacy has phone's.The newest CVS on barracks road is awesome.Go there!

How does a pharmacy that does COVID testing allow their front facing employee on the register in front to NOT WEAR A MASK?! Tuesday was the third time I’ve gone in with my husband and we’ve seen the same guy wearing his mask either around his neck under his chin or hanging off his ear. We will drive across town to the other CVS from now on. Although the gentleman is very friendly, I don’t think it’s kind to do this in the middle of a pandemic in a pharmacy!

I'll never use this pharmacy again! Every time I go in it is a complete & total dumpster fire! They are disorganized and no one seems to have any idea what's going on (except for the red headed guy with the glasses). On this particular occasion, my doctor called in a prescription and I received a text from CVS stating that the medication was being ordered. 10 DAYS LATER!! I finally had to go ask where it was. I was in the Drive-Thru, and a woman who didn't speak English very well was helping me. She was excruciatingly SLOW AND 5+ cars lined up behind me during the 20+ minutes it took her to help me. She said that they still didn't have it and that she would transfer my prescription to The Barracks Road location because they did have it in stock. Now 4 days later I received a text saying that my prescription was ready in Hartford Connecticut!!! 2 WEEKS and I still don't have my medication!! I've now transferring all of my prescriptions to a different location with better reviews. NEVER AGAIN!
