Had a order for 2 prescriptions one for each of my children. They only filled one saying they didn’t realize it was 2 separate people. Even though clearly 2 pieces of paper 2 different names and 2 different birthdays. Then took forever to fill second one. I switched to Greene pharmacy. They are always super nice and know you by name and order is ready very quickly.

They are signing up about 4x more people than they should for getting Covid tests. I got half a dozen reminders and even a notification on when to leave my house to be there on time, yet the line has so far been an hour long. Yeah, understood that these things can take time, but this is clearly CVS just loading as many people as they can into their system for maximizing insurance reimbursements, with no concern about their customers. They've been at this for the better part of a year so it isn't like they don't know this is happening.

The CVS in Ruckersville VA has very poor service. I will be moving to a nearby pharmacy.nnI have called twice and been told a prescription was ready only to find it was not when I arrived.nnMy husband was asked to wait for an order. He waited nearly 40 minutes only to be told that they did have enough to complete his order.nnThese aren’t the only such experiences & I won’t be returning.

Service in the pharmacy has been getting worse and worse over the past few years. I've considered switching to another pharmacy in the area but can't due to insurance constraints. The pharmacy staff are extremely rude over the phone. And it takes DAYS to get even the simplest and most common prescriptions. And forget using this pharmacy if you need medication same day, like if you've gone to the doctor and gotten a prescription for a sudden illness. There is an almost 0% chance you'll get that prescription same day, even if your doctor submits it early in the day.

I don’t understand why that store had so many negative reviews all over the internet. Went inside, got our flu shots, had some hassle free and social distancing shopping done easy and no stress required:) It has very nice people and good deals. CVS pharmacies are still rock although the prices are going up everywhere. Would be back and early. Good Christmas decorations and gifts are available too. They work hard and stock up early. Thank you! Your work is much appreciated. Especially thanks to Dewitt ( pharmacy) and lady at the register.
