As an owner of my own Vacation rental I am very particular and I was absolutely blown away by this experience from start to finish. The property is better than advertised in every way. Bobby was prompt and professional and went above and beyond to make this the best vacation ever. The property itself is absolutely stunning no to mention spotless. Everything from linens to decor was first class. The size and layout of the home gives everyone space to rest and relax. The media and fitness room was an extra bonus that we used every night. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation which is the benefit to vacation rentals in general. Not enough adjectives to describe this one of a kind property. You won't be disappointed.

My family and I spent 2 weeks at Christmas time at Bobby’s place and our stay was perfection from beginning to end.nnService:nBobby responded within minutes to any and all questions and requests, he was accommodating and such a pleasure to interact with. Likewise, the staff of the weekly cleaning service included in the stay were professional and fully garbed during the pandemic, helping to ensure everyone is protected.nnLoudon Escape: We chose the home because it’s gorgeous but also because competing rentals consisted of apartments, making Bobby’s place the obvious choice.nThe home is luxurious- feels like a luxury hotel but better because it’s a home where we made wonderful memories.nMy kids and I enjoyed playing pool, playing poker at the poker table, and watching movies in the basement theatre. The kitchen was well stocked, making meal prep easy. I personally loved the sound system throughout the home- listening to Christmas music and dancing. The soaking tub in the master bath is also wonderful to enjoy, especially in the winter.nnLocation: The location next to the shops at One Loudon Place made it so easy to run out and grab last minute gifts, take out, groceries, etc. Felt easy to drive out of town to take in the VA countryside or into DC.nnI would highly recommend Bobby‘s place over any other rental in the area- it was perfect and we look forward to returning!

I have stayed at this house several times now (about two months in total). It is the best in this price range by far...for the same price we got a two bedroom apartment in Herndon, which was just awful. My family of five loved that everyone was able to have their own bedroom. My older child loved playing pool, and all of my kids enjoyed chalk art on the huge driveway, walking to the neighborhood creek and playground, playing pokemon on the card table, and video games/movies in the movie theatre. I loved the chef-grade kitchen with massive island. Oh the outdoor grill area is also very nice, we ate on the patio almost everyday; the outdoor table is big enough for 8. We were all able to do homework or telework from the office, the wireless, color printer was great. This house has 12 TV's, so you can watch the game while you work regardless of where you are. Bobby and his team is like having a concierge service. Responds in seconds. The house has a dedicated cleaning crew that come once a week for a deep clean. They were full covid cleaning suits/masks etc. They were wonderful. This house is massive, full of features, extremely clean and very reasonably priced. I would not stay anywhere else, and we have stayed at many places in the DC area prior to this one. The proximity to Dulles Airport (not so close the planes bother you), and within walking distance of One Loudoun is perfect.
