I had the one bedroom non smoking room. Although I felt like I could smell cigarette smoke, the room itself was very clean. Room is very spacious. Price is decent. Breakfast was decent and had a nice variety to choose from. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Really want to give 5 stars, however I can't get over how much hair was on the carpet and bedsheet. Housekeeping clearly did not vacuum. When i called the front to tell them, I was told to pick up a broom and dustpan and clean it myself. Everything else was great.
Great place to stay. Very CLEAN! Friendly and helpful staff. We tried two other hotels in the area and were NOT impressed. This place was terrific and they allow pets ud83dude03
This Suite and location was great, it had so many shopping and food places nearby. They also provided breakfast daily not bagged breakfast like most hotels are doing and complimentary coffee 24/7.
Why would anyone place so many customers on the same floor during this time Coronavirus. Guest with kids & dog next to my room loud slamming the door the dog making alot noise. I wanted a get away for night left with pain in my neck, no rest. The comforter & sofa has stains on it. I live in beautiful apartment better looking then the room. I was really disappointed
